1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the T-shirt must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The original tags and packaging must be intact.
2. Initiate the Return or Exchange Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
3. Approval and Return Authorization:
- Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Wait for approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping the item back to us.
4. Packaging the Item:
- Pack the T-shirt securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
6. Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- We will process your return or exchange within 3 business days of receiving the item.
7. Refunds and Exchanges:
- If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped to you promptly.
- Customized or personalized T-shirts are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
