1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the T-shirt must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The original tags and packaging must be intact.

3. Approval and Return Authorization:

  • Wait for approval and a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping the item back to us.

4. Packaging the Item:

  • Pack the T-shirt securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
